At Taiyyaree, every purchase — including Test Series, Practice Banks, Mock Exams, Pro Pass and any other digital assessment product — is final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed and access is granted, no refund, cancellation, or credit will be issued for any reason. By proceeding to pay, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.

Taiyyaree delivers digital goods that are unlocked instantly upon payment. Once a test or question bank is accessible, it is considered consumed, and the value has been fully delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital access cannot be returned.

In the rare case of a proven duplicate charge for the exact same order (e.g., bank shows two debits for one Order ID), please contact us within 24 hours with payment proof. If verified as a true duplicate by our payment gateway, the excess debit will be reversed — this is not a refund, but a correction of a double charge. All other payments remain final.
